Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using SteadVault. By using this app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SteadVault, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Panhandle Asset Services LLC ("we," "us," or "SteadVault").
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SteadVault only for lawful personal purposes. You may not: • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform. • Use the app to store or transmit unlawful content. • Share your account credentials with others or attempt to access other users' accounts. • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. SteadVault may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service.
4. Informational Nature of Reminders
SteadVault provides maintenance reminders, task tracking, and service interval suggestions for informational purposes only. These are based on general guidelines and information you provide. SteadVault does not provide professional home inspection, engineering, mechanical, or licensed contractor advice. Reminders and task suggestions are not a substitute for professional assessment.
5. No Guarantee of Maintenance Outcomes
SteadVault makes no representations or warranties that following maintenance reminders or tasks will prevent equipment failures, property damage, injuries, or other losses. By using the app, you acknowledge that: • Maintenance outcomes depend on many factors beyond the app's control. • SteadVault is not liable for any property damage, equipment failure, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from reliance on app reminders or data. • You remain solely responsible for the upkeep of your properties and vehicles.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panhandle Asset Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SteadVault, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable membership period.
7. Subscriptions & Termination
SteadVault offers annual memberships. You may cancel your membership at any time from the Account settings or Membership pages. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any prior charges. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, features, branding, and materials within SteadVault are the intellectual property of Panhandle Asset Services LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission. Your user-generated content (your property and vehicle data) remains yours. You grant SteadVault a limited license to store and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date when terms are materially changed.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
